This website presents Leako, a business project in preparation. The company has not been incorporated yet.

The host may keep technical logs, including visitors’ IP addresses, to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool and includes no third-party tracking service. No consent banner is therefore needed.

The contact form.

• Data controller: Naël Sid-Ali.
• Data collected: name, email address, profile and message, only if you send them.
• Purpose: replying to your message. No other use, no resale, no automated marketing.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Transmission: form submissions are handled by the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards the message by email. The message may therefore be processed in the United States; in its privacy policy, Formspree commits to keeping transferred data appropriately protected. Messages are not stored on this website.
• Retention period: twelve months after the last exchange, then deletion.
• Direct email: if you write directly by email, your message is handled the same way.

Your rights.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@leako.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Credits.

• Fonts: League Spartan and Doto, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Body text uses the device’s system font.
• Illustrations and background images: provisional images generated by artificial intelligence with GPT Image 2.5, via Higgsfield. They show blurred silhouettes, with no recognisable face, and glass objects.
• “What Leako is not” scene: a set rendered in 3D with Blender. The woman visible on the computer screen and in the video does not exist: her sharp face is generated by artificial intelligence (Soul 2 and GPT Image 2.5 for the images, Kling 3.0 for the video, via Higgsfield), without reference to a real person. These images are provisional. The portrait on the dashboard demonstration page was generated the same way.
• Animation library: GSAP, under its own no-charge licence.
